Since then, Shenandoah Acres owners have been trying to reopen their campground. The campground was renamed Mountain Spring RV Resort in 2010. Sun Communities, Inc. owns and operates it. It is one among the company's over 430 resorts that it operates in 32 US states. It offers a variety of amenities including a swimming pool and a game room. There is also a playground and cafe. There are pet-friendly campsites, but they have special rules.
