Wales' coastline is well worth visiting. This is a beautiful area that makes great camping. For the best experience, rent a car and explore the many sights. You will find some of the most beautiful beaches near Wells, Cromer and Exmouth. While you are there, be sure to visit Blakeney Blakeney Morston, Sheringham and Blakeney.

Although the coast isn't known for its sand beaches, Cliff Head offers some stunning views. You can sit on the beach in summer by the black rock finger that protrudes from the water. You can also visit the local baker and butcher if you are looking for some home-cooked treats.

The Slapton Sands Camping and Caravanning Club boasts some of the best facilities in Devon. There are 115 generous pitches on grassy fields and the club offers several tours of the area in the company of one of their members. Boat trips are also offered by the club to Totnes. The best thing about the club is that you don't have to pay anything to visit it.

The Cliff Head campsite is completely free, although you may not have known it. There are decent facilities at the campsite, including a toilet and a bathroom. There are washing facilities and a basic amenities block that includes a fridge and freezer.

Pembrokeshire Heritage Coast has a spectacular view of Milford Haven Estuary. There are many beaches nearby. You will find plenty of opportunities to surf and swim. Site shops sell local produce. A Wi-Fi hotspot is available at no cost. You can also rent a camping cabin or a shower, which is quite rare.

The best way to see the most of the coastline is to take a cruise, but you can also take a ferried trip to the Isle of Arran. There is also the option to visit Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve. You can also visit the St Davids Cathedral, the most impressive cathedral in Britain and the smallest British city.

You can also make a trip north to Lindisfarne, Holy Island, and Lindisfarne. You might even come across a shipwreck jutting out of the sand. Turquoise Bay National Park is also available. If you are in the mood for a bit of a break from camping, consider booking a hotel or campervan. The Eden Project is close by and you will find many restaurants and bars if that's not your thing.

Although the most popular campsites are located along the coast, there are still plenty of options available in the surrounding countryside. Gibraltar Farm in Morecambe Bay offers a separate site, with 10 acres old woodland, and a modern shower block. The best part about this site is its location. It is easy to find.
