Cabela's offers many amenities, including an excellent RV park. It's free to stay at and offers a plethora of features to make your trip that much easier. A large horse pen and dog kennels are just a few of the many amenities available. This is a wonderful place to take your dog for a few days of fun in sun.
This campout isn’t for everyone, but it’s a great place to go if you have limited funds. This is especially true for pets. Pet kennels are available for a small fee. You can also park your vehicle in the lot for a cleanout. This is especially important if you visit during winter months, when the weather isn’t so favorable for hiking, biking, and boating.
Although the awnings and big green house are a bit outdated, the facilities here are excellent. There is even a mini-museum that displays interesting objects from the past. There's also an interactive game for children. All in all, this park is perfect for weary travelers. There are full hookups as well for those who do not have their own. However, the only problem is the oppressive heat and noise, particularly when the refrigerators trailers are on all nights.
Cabela's is a great place to visit and camp. But the fun begins when you get out of your car. You will be able to admire a large display of wild animals, as well the miniature museum and many other attractions.
